Suspension
With a full 215 mm of ground clearance and long suspension travel, the B9 Tribeca offers superb comfort and manouevrability on the rough stuff, as well as adding to the sporting feel of cruising on tarmac. It’s a dynamic, versatile ability that’s added to by the newly developed rear double wishbone suspension, to give a comforting, luxurious ride with minimal vibration, no matter where your SUV aspirations make you dream of going.
Lightweight components
Strength and rigidity are major priorities engineered into every Subaru body. There are no compromises here, and yet the B9 Tribeca still makes maximum use of drivability provided by Symmetrical AWD, by reducing overall weight. That includes using an aluminium bonnet, combined with high-tensile strength steel and special Tailored-Blank welding techniques. The overall effect is one of brisk, nimble performance, without sacrificing any of the security you’d expect in the passenger compartment.
