Yvonne Mehta, Group Chairman

Upon the untimely passing away of the founder and Chairman, Mr. C. K. Mehta, Mrs. Y. D. Mehta became the Chairman of the Board of Subaru Kenya. She has been a member of the Board for the last three decades and has considerable commercial experience. She is also an active rally enthusiast and has participated in several National and International Rallies.

Michael Somen, Non-Executive Director

Mr. Somen has over 40 years experience in commercial law. Mr. Somen is also a non-executive director of several other companies.

Martin John Troughton, Group CEO - Automotive

Mr. Troughton is a qualified engineer, with over 30 years of business experience in very senior positions in companies in both the UK and Kenya. He has been with the group since 2007

Ranganathan Sridharan, Managing Director

A chartered accountant by profession, Mr. Sridharan has been with the group since 1985 and has served in various capacities prior to his current position.

Dudley Stannah, Sales and Marketing Director

Mr. Stannah has over 38 years of rich experience in the Motor Industry, having worked for several leading Motor Companies in Kenya. He has been with the group since 2007.

Dharam Panara, Property Development Director

Mr. Panara has been with ECTA for the past 35 years and has vast experience in sourcing parts and franchise development and association.

S. R. Mehta, Company Secretary

Mr. S. Mehta is a qualified certified public secretary and a member of the Institute Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Institute of Company Secretaries Kenya (ICSK).
